Refunds and Returns Policy
All Lunos products and all Pro Clima products (that are not liquid-applied) may be returned for a full refund, less outbound shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, provided they are in new, unused condition. (Note: Liquid-applied Pro Clima products, such as VISCONN, VISCONN FIBRE, or TESCON Primer RP may NOT be returned.)
Fill out our RETURNS FORM within 90 days of receipt of goods to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#.) Return items must be received by 475 within 30 days. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend insuring products as appropriate when shipping returns. 475 is not liable for any damages incurred during return shipment. After you submit the returns form, you should be contacted by our operations team within 4 business days.
No returns will be accepted for orders of: Optiwin, Fakro, Havelock, Lamilux, SanCo2 ECO² Systems, Gutex, or any order deemed "custom." 475 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions set above. Any damaged goods must be reported to 475 within 24 hours of delivery.
Keep in mind, having extra product on hand for future repairs or replacement is always wise. If you have extra materials at the end of a job, consider donating them to Habitat for Humanity, or use the tape to fix jackets, shoes or other items.
Refunds for Pro Clima and Lunos orders cancelled prior to shipping on the same day of ordering are subject to a 3% transaction fee. If the order has already shipped, please refer to the Return Policy.
475 may offer store credit as part of a refund/return. Store credit must be used within 18 months of the date assigned. After 18 months, store credit will expire.
When deposits are made, you confirm your intention to purchase the materials as per the invoice/signed estimate and acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable.
