CONTEGA FIDEN EXO® is a heavy-duty expanding foam tape for windows. Pre-compressed joint sealing tape for exterior use that is vapor open and resistant to wind driven rain.

Advantages
- Pre-compressed tape to fill large range of joint widths
- Waterproof and windtight within performance range
- Long term weather resistant even if materials expand/contract (DIN 18542)
- Remains wind driven rain tight. Tested up to 600Pa (EN 1027) (2.5" is BG2:300pa)
Substrates
- Adhesive with release paper for application to metal, (painted) wood or plastic frames
Properties
- One side tape connection for efficient placement
- Vapor permeable at over 6.5 perms
- BG1 quality for all sizes - Except BG2 quality 2.5": not for direct weather exposure (inset windows acceptable)
- RAL quality-tested installation
- Long term temperature resistance -22 to 194 °F, -30 to 90 °C
- Color – anthracite grey: can be plastered or painted.
